Thing is, Chuck's never really been in a real relationship--he's got his dad's memories but for obvious reasons doesn't want to look at them too closely, and that's nothing like actually having them himself. He's got this vague idea that you shouldn't try to date someone you've gotten into fights with. And he and Raleigh hate each other. Right?

But Raleigh seems kinda pissed. Chuck leans over, elbows on his knees, kinda secretly wondering if he's fucked up.

"I mean we can do this again, if you wanna?" He smirks up at him. Hate or no, the stuff in between this talking stuff was awesome, maybe even the softer parts.
